Operations:   Antisubmarine patrols, December 1941-January 1942.  Combat in MTO 22 January 1943 - 30 April 1945.

Emblem: A golden disc edged in red, a red devel with white horns courant, white speed lines trailing and carrying over his right shoulder a black drop bomb. Approved 9 September 1942.
